Cash Express ("CSO") is a credit services organization registered under Chapter 393 of the Texas Finance Code. CSO is not a lender and does not make loans of any type. All loans will be made by a third-party lender. Completion of the application in no way guarantees that you will be approved for a loan from the third-party lender.

**Typically CSO and the third-party lender will not perform credit checks with the three credit reporting bureaus: Experian, Equifax, or Trans Union. Credit checks or consumer reports through alternative providers may be obtained in some circumstances, which typically will not affect your credit score.
